New Bums does not manufacture the diapers included in our products.
We purchase genuine, commercially available diapers from established brands and curate them into convenient sample collections so parents can compare different options without purchasing multiple full-size boxes.
The diapers themselves are not altered or modified by New Bums.
Diapers are removed from their original retail packaging and repackaged as part of the New Bums sampling experience.
During preparation, we take care to keep products clean, dry, and protected while they are handled, packaged, stored, and prepared for shipment.
Each sample is intended to arrive ready for you and your little one to try at home.
Important: Because New Bums repackages diapers from their original manufacturer packaging, customers should refer to the original diaper manufacturer for complete product specifications, materials, ingredients, usage instructions, and manufacturer-specific safety information.
Every New Bums sample is identifiable so you know which diaper you're testing. Brand and, where applicable, product line information is printed directly on the diapers included in your collection.
Your Discovery collection also includes tools to help you keep track of the diapers you've tried and compare what matters to you—whether that's fit, softness, absorbency, leaks, or simply how well a diaper works for your little one.
When available and applicable to our inventory process, New Bums also maintains product and supplier records to support product identification and our product-safety responsibilities.
New Bums monitors product safety information relevant to the products we sell.
If we become aware of a recall or other safety issue that may affect products sold by New Bums, we will take appropriate steps based on the information available to us and our obligations as a Canadian business.
If you believe a product purchased from New Bums may have caused a health or safety incident, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and details about what occurred.
One of the reasons New Bums exists is because babies can respond differently to different diapers.
If you notice redness, irritation, discomfort, or another unexpected reaction while trying a diaper, discontinue use of that diaper.
For questions about a specific diaper's materials or product composition, please consult the original manufacturer's product information.
If you are concerned about your baby's health or a skin reaction, seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.
Until you're ready to use your diapers, we recommend storing them:
If a diaper appears damaged, contaminated, unusually discoloured, or otherwise unsuitable for use, don't use it and contact us if you have concerns.
